Rental Rates for Windrush Barn
Rental rates are per week from 4 .00 p.m. Saturday to 10.00 a.m. the following Saturday.
Rates are charged according to time of year and group size. We recognise that smaller groups may wish to benefit from our disabled facilities.
Prices range from £504 - £840 for group of 6; to £966 - £1680 , for a group of 12 .
These are inclusive of VAT, oil central heating,hot water, electricity, bed linen and hand/kitchen towels. Please bring bath towels. Washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are provided.
A welcome tray is provided of home made cakes, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and fruit squash for you to enjoy on your arrival. Our own farm fresh hens eggs are available as may be seasonal home grown vegetables and salad crops.

Bookings and enquiries
*We are open for business 139 days of the year from March to October and for Christmas and New Year.
* Winter breaks may be available subject to total bookings and building maintenance.Please enquire.
- A deposit of £150 secures your booking.
- Total rental fee is required 8 weeks prior to start of holiday or the full amount if less than 8 weeks.
- Payment by bank transfer or cheque.Please allow time for cheque to clear.
